Ready for a new phone? Trade in your current device in good working condition and pay a $35 upgrade fee. Pick a new phone on a payment plan — up to four upgrades in a 12-month window. Included with Unlimited Plus.
Unlimited Plus onlyStill paying off phones on your old carrier? Switch at least two lines and port in at least two numbers, and Spectrum Mobile can pay off up to $2,500 of remaining device balances per account. Submit your most recent bills within 30 days. Paid via prepaid card.
When you connect to Spectrum Advanced WiFi at home, your Spectrum Mobile connection can tap into faster speeds automatically.

New Internet customers can add one Unlimited Mobile service free for 12 months — unlimited nationwide talk, text and data (full speed through 30 GB/line), with 5G included. Spectrum Internet® and Auto Pay are required. The offer covers one promotional line per account; standard Unlimited rates apply starting month 13.
With active Spectrum Internet®, Unlimited runs $30/mo per additional line, Unlimited Plus is $40/mo per line ($30/line if you also have Internet 1 Gig) and Unlimited Plus Premium is $50/mo per line. Spectrum Internet® and Auto Pay are required for Mobile service. By the Gig was discontinued on 7/22/2026.
In most cases, yes. Compatible unlocked devices work, and you can transfer your existing number during activation. Still paying off a device with another carrier? The Phone Balance Buyout covers up to $2,500 per account when you switch at least two lines and port in at least two numbers from your old carrier.
