After You Order
Orders you place through us are fulfilled directly by Spectrum; your service, billing, and technical support come from Spectrum, not from us. Your bill comes from Spectrum, and our role ends once your order is placed and confirmed. For billing, moving, outages or technical support on an existing Spectrum account, please contact Spectrum directly.
How We Are Paid
